*In some cases, when a location is remote and costs are higher, delivery will be made via Geniki Taxydromiki by air within 2–3 business days.
**Delivery times may be extended during holiday periods due to increased order volumes and package handling.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
For inquiries about Geniki Taxydromiki:
Customers in Greece wishing to return or exchange a product must contact us via email at info@Aurora-jewels.gr within 24 hours of receiving their order.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria or are lost during shipping will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible.
Note: Sale items and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
If a product is defective upon delivery, we will offer a replacement at no shipping cost or a full refund.
Charges for Returns and Exchanges:
*The return/exchange shipment must be made within 3 business days of our email communication.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For refunds, the order value or the value of returned items (minus shipping costs) will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days.
