    We accept:

    • Card payments (credit, debit, and prepaid) via the Viva Wallet service.
    • Payments via IRIS through the Viva Wallet service.
    • Bank transfers from your account.
    • Cash on delivery.

    By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Greece

Shipping costs within Greece:

  • Free for orders over €50 (via Geniki Taxydromiki and BoxNow)

  • €4.00 for orders up to €50 (via Geniki Taxydromiki)

  • €2.00 flat rate for all orders shipped via BoxNow

  • Cash on delivery is available only with Geniki Taxydromiki, for an additional €2.00

You can choose between:

  • Home delivery with Geniki Taxydromiki

  • Locker pickup with BoxNow (prepaid orders only)

BoxNow allows you to pick up your parcel 24/7

from the locker of your choice. You’ll receive a unique PIN via SMS/email once your package is delivered to the selected locker.


*In some cases, where the location is remote and costs are higher, delivery via Geniki Taxydromiki may be completed by air within 2–3 business days.

**Please note that delivery times may increase during the holiday season due to high order volumes and package handling.


Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email:

Follow these simple steps to cancel your order:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Go to the online store and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to “My Orders”: Access your dashboard and select “Orders” or “My Orders.”

  3. Select the Order You Wish to Cancel: Click on the order you want to cancel.

  4. Click “Cancel Order”: If the option is available, click it to cancel your order.

Your order might have been canceled for one of the following reasons:

  1. Incomplete Payment: The payment was not confirmed or was declined.
  2. Out of Stock: The product you ordered is no longer available.
  3. Incorrect Order Details: There was an issue with the shipping or payment information.
  4. Store Policies: The store canceled the order due to a policy (e.g., suspicion of fraud).
  5. Delayed Processing: The order was not completed within the specified time frame.

If you haven’t received a confirmation for your order, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email Inbox: Don’t forget to also check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Verify Your Email Address: Ensure that you entered the correct email address when placing the order.
  3. Contact Us via Email at info@aurora-jewels.com: Let us know about the issue, providing your name and any details about the order.
